About

I am an Associate professor at the Faculty of Management and Business, University of Prešov in Prešov, Slovakia where, as a member of the Department of Intercultural Communication, I devote myself to the studies and research on managerial skills and competencies in connection with the linguistic and cultural aspects of managerial work. I teach Coping with Demanding Situations in HRM and Organizational Behavior and, as a British and American Studies graduate, also English for Tourism and Business English. My science and research activities and publication outputs are focused primarily on the stress coping strategies, undesirable forms of behavior, and leadership styles.
